Registration fees

Registration fees for participants to Odysseus 2024 are:

  • 650 €EUR (for early registration – until March 11, 2024) 
  • 800 €EUR (for late registration – from March 12, 2024) 


and include:

  • Welcome reception
  • Conference bag and attendance to the scientific program 
  • Lunches and coffee breaks
  • Gala dinner
  • Excursion


Registration fees for accompanying guests are:

  • 300 €EUR (for early registration – until March 11, 2024) 
  • 400 €EUR (for late registration – from March 12, 2024) 


and include:

  • Welcome reception
  • Gala dinner
  • Excursion

Registration Policies, Cancellations & Refunds

Please note that all participants must be registered to the conference and that every participant can make at most one (1) presentation. There must be a distinct participant registration for each presentation (accompanying person registration does not count for that requirement).

 

All cancellations must be notified by writing an email to acti2-imus@us.es and perea@us.es

 

Full refunds less a 65€EUR cancellation fee will be given for cancellations received before March 25, 2024. After this date, there will be no refund.
