Abstracts/Submission

- Access the conference system to submit your work by logging in Access (link), after registering in Inscription (link).

- Use the abstract template (Word or Latex) to submit your work in pdf format.

- Send us an official confirmation of your student status at iutam24@us.es if you're submitting an abstract for the student paper category.

- All submissions will undergo a peer review process by the Scientific Committee, and you will be notified of the outcome by the abstract review deadline (March 22 2024).

- Successful applicants must register as conference delegates and pay the registration fee for their abstract to be included in the program.

- Delegates can participate either as oral (short talk) presentations or poster sessions:

- Short talks: 10 minutes podium presentation.

- Poster sessions: Poster exhibition during coffee breaks + specific poster sessions included in the symposium program.
