Registration procedure

This is a two independent steps procedure:

1. Click on Inscription or follow this link. Fill in your personal data. You will be able to upload your abstract then or later, through your personal area. The only option here is Bank Transfer, but don't worry, you will be able to select your preferences in the second step.

2. Click on the Payment menu button or follow this link. Fill the data needed for the invoice: name, VAT... Then choose your preferences for the payment (bank transfer or credit card).

a Please upload a scan of your Student Identity Card during the registration procedure.

The registration fee for students and participants includes:

- Access to the conference sessions and exhibitions

- Coffee break

- Access to the night visit to Real Alcázar de Sevilla

- Welcome cocktail

- Conference gala dinner

- Lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

For accompanying guests, the registration fee includes welcome cocktail, visit to the Real Alcázar de Sevilla and  conference gala dinner. 

Cancellation policy. For cancellations before July 1, 75% of the fee paid will be refunded. The refund will be 50% if you cancel between July 2 and August 2. After August 2 there are no refunds possible. Refunds due to cancellation will be made once the congress has concluded.
